India – Japan Conference by CII
🚀 It was an honor to speak at the CII event during the India – Japan Conference supported by JETRO! 🌏🇮🇳🇯🇵
On November 13th, I had the privilege to participate in a session titled “Delivering Advanced Citizen Services through Digital Mediums: EdTech, MedTech, FinTech, and E-Governance.”
During our discussion, we explored how digital transformation is reshaping citizen services, enabling greater accessibility, transparency, and personalization across various sectors. From innovations in EdTech and MedTech to the role of FinTech in driving financial inclusion and the impact of E-Governance on transparent governance—it’s clear that the digital era is empowering citizens like never before.
